Tronda Graham is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT/MLD-C) whose wellness approach is nurturing and holistic. She believes that the alignment of the spirit, soul and body is a route to total wellness. She provides a whole person approach to wellness by way of support, encouragement and comfort which is commonly known as holistic. This holistic care can be preventative, restorative and or palliative. Tronda has over fifteen years of experience in intuitive touch that stimulates healing and aids in the alleviation of aches, pain, stress, and tension. She has four years of Chiropractic Massage knowledge which concentrates on the spine and its relationship to nerves, muscles, and joints in the body that benefit conditions such as back pain, pinched nerves, scoliosis, sciatica, shoulder pain, and whiplash.Tronda has an established practice, Align Total Wellness, focused on women that provide a peaceful atmosphere created to relax, release and renew the spirit, mind, and body. She offers aromatherapy to her client’s customized sessions and encourages them to embrace every second of their self-care escape.Tronda has specialized training and acknowledges a deep calling to Oncology Massage. This calling is for women on their journey from cancer treatment, those in recovery or survivorship, and those at the end of life. Other massage emphases are Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Parkinson’s, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), and various other conditions.
