<p>Jen recieved a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky and then completed a massage therapy program in 2002. She maintains a private massage practice and&nbsp;<span>teaches advanced massage and bodywork skills at Lexington Healing Arts Academy in Lexington, KY. S</span>he co-founded the AMTA-KY Sports Massage Team and co-chaired the team for 8 years. She has been a member of the Louisville Ironman Massage Team since 2007 and became the massage director in 2018. Jen also is a Kinesiotaping Practitioner, an active cyclist, and a loves being a mom to her two active boys!</p><p>"I really enjoy being a massage therapist and educating everyone about the many health benefits massage has to offer.
