Catherine offers a natural and holistic approach to wellness.  She uses massage to quiet the mind so the body can tap into its innate ability to heal itself. Through the skillful application of touch, Catherine works in partnership with each patient, exploring the natural healing powers we all hold within.Using a variety of modalities, Catherine tailors each massage to meet your needs. Therapeutic massage helps to relieve pain, reduce stress and work on specific problems. Her work is very relaxing, activating the parasympatheic nervous system where the body’s innate healing can occur. Modalities used may include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, stretching, and cupping. After trying on many different careers, from special needs teacher to cat rescuer, Catherine found herself called to healing through touch and has been a professional Massage Therapist since 2016. Catherine studied massage at San Francisco School of Massage and continues to learn and explore the art and science of massage.Catherine is a mom to two humans, four cats, seven chickens and a garden full of plants.
