We begin with a Relaxational Massage, which serves as a gentle introduction and a valuable assessment tool. While you relax, I use palpation to read your muscular patterns, gathering insight guided by your Health Intake Form and your real-time feedback. This first step builds the foundation of our work together.​As we move from Point A as a start point with Relaxational Massage session, then transition into Customized Therapeutic Massage taking you to the Point B (Work -In - Progress: Reduce of Pain or tightness level) then to the C (Pain-free 100% or extended pain-free periods with maintenance mode with less session frequency), we transition into Customized Therapeutic Massage sessions designed to address chronic pain, tension, past injuries, or imbalances. Each session becomes more targeted as we develop mutual understanding and trust. ​With time, your treatment becomes highly personalized—finely tuned to your body’s needs and your wellness goals.​By the time you’ve progressed into a maintenance phase, you’ll not only feel more in control of your muscular health—you’ll also be more educated and self-aware. At this stage, shorter or less frequent sessions are often enough to keep your body feeling its best.​My goal is to be your therapeutic partner, helping you feel empowered in your body with long-term relief, improved mobility, and a deep sense of well-being.
