I am a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in a 600+ hour program at Advanced Massage Therapeutics. My interest in learning about how the body and mind work began when working at Harmony & Health Wellness Center in Corydon, IN. Wanting to find more ways in which we can strive to create a healthy lifestyle, both mentally and physically, I decided to attend Massage Therapy School. I believe that massage therapy is an affordable, accessible, and alternative way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease pain. My goal is for each client to receive an integrated and customized massage that addresses the individuals wants and needs. I offer Swedish Massage, Myofascial Massage, Specific Injury Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage at All About You Massage Day Spa, located in downtown Corydon. In my free time I love to read, learn, and spend time with family.
