Whether you need freedom from pain and tension, or simply a place to relax, I am dedicated to supporting you on your path to wellness. I believe in listening to my clients with intention, and using a blend of modalities to customize each session to meet your needs and goals.

As both an Air Force Reservist and Air Force Spouse I've enjoyed traveling and living in many different locations. When the military moved our family to Scott AFB in 2010, I was excited to be back in the Midwest near where I grew up in MO. My, husband has since retired, and we chose to make the St. Louis metro-east our home. We have 5 children, 3 adults living in various places in the US, 2 active Teens, and an adorable chocolate lab.

Massage Therapy is truly a passion and life's calling. I love learning more about our bodies and how massage and body work can support our health and wellness journeys by relaxing and nourishing body, mind and spirit.
