Massage has been a passion of mine for over 16 years. After working in healthcare, I wanted to offer a more natural approach to pain relief. Stress is also a major risk factor for illness. Not everyone recognizes the importance of relaxation in reducing pain and lowering the risk for disease. Massage isn't just about, "getting out the knots." I specialize in deep relaxation and bringing the body into balance so that you can let go of tension using gentle stretching, longer strokes, and releasing neck tension. I also enjoy using hot stones, cupping, and gua sha to focus on tighter areas of the body. We are all made up of energy, so "energy work," is important as well. In my practice, energy work refers to pure intention and laying on of hands or anointing with oils. I look forward to seeing you soon.
