Leticia Garza was born and raised in Idaho. She graduated from high school at CHS. Before pursing a career in Massage Therapy, Leticia was a healthcare worker for 10 years. The last two years in Healthcare she spent working in the ER, helping the community during the pandemic. Leticia often spends her time helping her family and caring for her grandmother. She loves animals and has 1 cat, 3 dogs, and a turtle. She also helps her grandmother with her 2 pet chickens, and her 1 pet duck. Leticia has a love of gardening and loves growing different varieties of heirloom plants. When she has time to herself, she likes to read, meditate, and catch up on sleep.Leticia is trained in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Cupping therapy. She is trained in Lypossage which is a Body Contouring modality using massage techniques. Leticia is also trained in Reiki, energy work, and is almost finished with Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique training aka Past Life Regression Therapy.
