I received my Professional Massage Therapy training from the Atlanta School of Massage. I have worked in chiropractic offices, fitness centers, salons, wellness centers, spas, and various charity events. I am a Christ follower, a wife, a mom, and a Lolli. My husband and I both grew up in Perry, Georgia and are currently living in our tiny cottage in Cochran, GA.

I love helping others relax, de-stress and live a pain-free life. I hope I get the chance to help you, and your loved ones. I look forward to seeing you soon, in Health and Wellness.
