Michelle Redlein is a Holistic Health Practitioner who combines her education and life experience to create unique individualized treatment plans for her students and clients. Michelle is a Certified Yoga Teacher bringing her practice of almost 20 years off the mat to share with others. She has held a license in the State of New York as a Massage Therapist since 2007 expanding her practice to Vermont and Florida, and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Michelle received her certification as a Health Coach from the Institute For Integrative Nutrition in 2010, and is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She continues to study and practice her craft as well as new areas of intrigue. Michelle is always researching the cutting edge science of age old practices and welcomes all questions.
