My name is Tamila Smith and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping others feel better in their bodies and find balance in their everyday lives. I believe that massage is not just a luxury but a logical approach to wellness that supports relaxation, reduces stress, and helps relieve pain and tension.
I create customized sessions based on each client’s unique needs, whether they are looking for deep relaxation, relief from sore muscles, or support in their self-care routine. Every service includes the soothing comfort of hot towels, and clients can choose optional hot stones or cupping therapy for added therapeutic benefits.
My goal is to provide a safe, calm, and welcoming space where clients can unwind, reset, and feel cared for. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their body, ease discomfort, and improve their overall well-being one session at a time.
