Nathalie Sawinski

Nathalie Sawinski, MT - Nathalie obtained her Associate of Applied Science in Massage Therapy from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota and is a Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist. She has been involved with helping people in health care for the past 14 years and became a Massage therapist in 2014 as an extension of her passion for people and bringing optimum health and wellness to their lives. Nathalie specializes and is certified in Therapeutic and Clinical Massage, Swedish and Relaxation massage, Cancer/Oncology massage, Sport massage, Pregnancy massage, and Foot Reflexology. Her techniques include and combine but not limited to: myofascial release, passive movement, concentric or eccentric contraction while performing a muscle broadening or lengthening technique, Trigger point Therapy, and Cross-Fiber Friction for the restoration of soft tissue health and mobility. As part of a Spa treatment Nathalie also performs Stone Massage and a variety of Body treatments (available at one of her location).
