Imagine Gratitude Myofascial Release, Massage, Reflexology by Teresa
About
Healing is a journey, albeit lifelong or just a chapter. It is time to take that first small step. So trust the process. We are here to enjoy our lives. I survived. No matter what happened, I love me and give myself permission to heal. There are no mistakes, only lessons. Detach from the outcome. You don't have to know the answer. There are no mistakes, only lessons. What will it look like when you reach your goals? (Wisdom of John Barnes)
I have had my massage license in Nebraska, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and now Florida. I am an artist at heart, love to cook, physical fitness, explore nature, love animals and people, live music, and pursue my calling to help others find authentic healing as I have been helped through and heal from my many past traumas of which I do everything naturally and holistically, through diet, exercise, bodywork and soul work.
