I have been practicing massage for 8 years. I hold an Associates of Applied Science in Therapeutic Massage. I have worked in spa settings, chiropractic office, and have been working independently for 5 years bringing massage into people’s homes.I believe that in home massage is beneficial to the client because they are more relaxed in their own surroundings. I also believe the massage benefits last longer because the client doesn’t have to worry about driving home or rushing about after their massage. Each person has their own unique issues, discomforts, flexibilities, and pain thresholds, therefore each massage I perform is as unique as each individual. I am proficient in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and reflexology. I can incorporate myofascial release, trigger point therapy as well as active and passive stretching throughout the massage as needed or desired by the client.I appreciate you looking into my practice and I look forward to working with you soon.
