She completed her Kinesiology degree in her hometown of Windsor, Ontario, Canada then travelled to South and Central America, as well as throughout the United States, including Hawaii, to continue her studies in Ayurveda, Lomi Lomi and Massage, Sound Healing, Energy work, Inter-personal Focusing, Mayan Abdominal Massage, Yoga Teaching and Meditation.
