I bring 18 years of experience in massage therapy, with specialties in sports massage, deep tissue, muscle energy techniques and neuromuscular work. I've worked in spas, fitness centers, and have provided mobile massage my entire career- including running my own spa in Kingston Jamaica. My background has taught me the importance of professionalism, adaptability, and client centered care.
