BioI’m a passionate and dedicated wellness professional committed to helping people heal naturally. My journey into holistic health began while raising my children, which inspired me to explore natural healing methods that support wellness through nutrition, mindfulness, and movement.I am a licensed massage therapist, a certified health coach, and a certified BioEnergy therapist. My background also includes training in Quantum-Touch and Quantum-Treatment techniques, which I’ve used over the years to support clients in their healing journeys.By combining these diverse healing modalities, I’m able to offer a comprehensive and compassionate approach to wellness. Whether through hands-on energy work or lifestyle coaching, my mission is to empower others to reconnect with their innate ability to heal and thrive.I offer massage tailored to your needs and wants. I use hot towels, hot stones, aroma therapy, therapeutic cups, and paraffin wax treatments. I offer bioenergy treatments that consist of four 15-25 minute sessions 4 days consecutively. I offer health coaching sessions to suit your needs.
