Antoinette Marrero

I'm Antoinette, a Florida native. I graduated from the Central Florida School of Massage Therapy in Winter Park, FL, and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in August 2024. I specialize in relaxation massage, and my favorite session is a 90-minute combination of Reiki and massage. I’ve been practicing Reiki for four years and have found that blending energy and bodywork helps release what no longer serves the mind, body or soul.After spending over 15 years in the corporate world, I experienced firsthand the toll of burnout, juggling work, single motherhood and daily life responsibilities. That experience taught me the importance of self-care and balance, inspiring me to pursue massage therapy. Now, I help others find relief from stress and reconnect with their bodies.My goal is for every client to leave feeling as though they’ve hit the reset button. The most rewarding part of my work is knowing that I’m helping to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation so you can feel grounded, restored and ready to take on the world.
