Cary C. Bland

Specializing in massage for active people, I enjoy working with people that use their bodies.  An athlete myself for 40+ yrs, I know the stress of training, the frustration of injuries, and the benefits derived from regular massage therapy.  I walk in the shoes of my active clients, and this serves to make me a better therapist! I have encountered a wide variety of clients over the years, from children to 100+ yr olds, and from desk jockeys to world class athletes.  I share something with each of them, and I have learned something from every one of them.  I bring the collective wisdom derived from my experiences to each session that I do. I'm proud to have provided skillful, knowledgeable massage therapy to people in the DC area for 30+ years, and I hope to continue to do so for many more!
