With 28 years of experience it has brought me to a place where I customize the massage session for each individual persons needs. I am trained and specialize in myofascial release and medical massage. I have had training in swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point massage, energy therapies,reflexology, aromatherapy, pregancy and infant massage, Massage Works also offers On-Site chair massage for offices and special occasions. I have been trained in Hakomi therapy which is a somatic technique, that facilitates the body-mind connection to help a person create balence and ease with their lives.
