Hi there! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Ridgefield Connecticut. I offer Medical, Deep Tissue, and Swedish massage for my clients. I work out of a practice called RSM, with an incredible chriopropracter, and I am so excited to help the community find stress and pain relief. I am currently working on specializing in sports massage through the AMTA. As a teenager I was a dedicated runner, and would love to help others reach their goals in sport. I work part time as a physical therapist assistant, and this gives me the advantage of really understanding the body, its movements, and how to improve physical function with various techniques and stretches.
