I work with clients to tailor massage toward their individual needs by using multiple techniques to get the best results possible and restore the client's vital sense of well-being by relieving chronic pain and stiffness, increasing flexibility and range of motion, relaxing a stressed nervous system, or invigorating a depleted spirit. Integrative bodywork combines Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Stretching, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, and Energy work. I deeply appreciate the relationship between states of mind, and what is manifesting in the physical body. Intention for every session is to create a space that allows the mind and body to return to its natural state of harmony and balance. I believe that massage therapy is an important path to restoring health and wholeness to the body.
