Hello! My name is Abigail, I am a licensed massage therapist serving the New Canaan area. In my practice I have seen time and again how many people suffer from some sort of pain. Whether it’s injury recovery, tech neck, PTSD or just general discomfort from the stresses of life everyone has something. The good news is I have had much success in helping to alleviate that pain. I specialize in deep tissue and cranio-sacral therapy and use a variety of techniques to help you to get back to feeling good again so you can get back to being you!
