Erica has been practicing massage therapy since graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2013. She is experienced in relieving chronic pain, and enjoys focusing on the head and neck, upper back, and low back areas, while using her extensive knowledge of anatomy & physiology, kinesiology, and her adept palpation skills to guide her work.Capable of customizing each session to fit your needs, from relaxation to specific work, her massages are a seamless blend of techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretches, and acupressure, and she is certified in Hot Stone and Prenatal massage. She also has an interest in essential oils and loves adding aromatherapy to her sessions.
