Tessa Payne

Hi! I am currently working out of my own space called Evergreen Massage Therapy in Fort Collins, Colorado. My massage journey has been such a beautiful path of healing and it has now led me here to Fort Collins, Colorado. ​Massage first found me through years of gymnastics and the wear it took on my body. Yoga and bodywork helped me reconnect-- physically, emotionally and spiritually. That connection is what I hope to share with you. ​I studied massage in Hawaii, where I truly learned the power of peace, presence and touch.  I chose the name Evergreen because I believe in our capacity to stay rooted and resilient- like the evergreens that endure winter, stay vibrant and stand strong through the seasons.  If you are looking to reconnect with yourself, release tension or feel more you- I would love to hold that space for you.
