I graduated from the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, CO in 2016 receiving training in massage modalities including Relaxation/Swedish, Neuromuscular/Deep Tissue, Sports, Structural Kinesiology, Pregnancy and Abhyanga. From a young age, I have had an innate interest in alternative and natural healing. I believe complementary medicine, like massage has a great ability to aid in healing and preventing disease and imbalance. I approach my sessions holistically, incorporating gentle yet deep techniques to help restore balance in the body.
