With over 30 years in practice, I have received advanced training in applied kinesiology, medical acupuncture, cranial sacral therapy, functional medicine, epigenetics, methylation, functional movement, nutrition and physics & healing. This advanced training allows me to provide a more targeted approach to massage while promoting overall well being and stress reduction. I excel with the biomechanics of movement, orthopedic issues, chronic pain patterns, injury prevention & recovery, and post surgical recovery.

In my spare time I enjoy singing, laughing with friends, outdoor activities and learning new skill sets. My greatest joy is spending time with family!
