As a therapist, I’ve always believed that bodywork should be a deeply personal, restorative, and sensory experience. I created my practice in Park Hill to offer a private, welcoming haven where men can step away from the outside world, let their guard down completely, and drop into a state of effortless relaxation.

My style is intuitive, warm, and intentional. Rather than rushing through a standard routine, I focus on slow, lingering movement, fluid connections, and creating a space where you can feel entirely comfortable in your own skin. I love working with men who appreciate the art of slowing down—whether you need to melt away built-up physical stress, recharge your nervous system, or simply enjoy the comforting, grounding feeling of dedicated, undivided care.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me exploring the mountains, staying curious about human movement, or enjoying a slow morning with a good cup of tea. I take great pride in creating a respectful, affirming, and memorable space for my clients, and I look forward to welcoming you to the table.
