Catherine Hupp

Catherine M. Hupp, CMT has been in professional practice for 17 years, with over 6,000 clinical hours experience.  She employs an integrative and individualized approach, utilizing appropriate bodywork techniques customized for each client’s needs and preferences.  Catherine is certified in Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial release therapies from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado (MTIC), where she has also been a teaching assistant.  In addition to her initial 1,000 hours of training, she completed MTIC’s 250 hour Advanced Bodywork, Year II program in myofascial work, joint mobility, and structural integration. Catherine is of only a handful of practitioners Neurovascular Integration (NVI) bodywork in the Denver metro area. NVI is a gentle but profound work done fully clothed, especially good for chronic issues. NVI works directly with the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems to effect change.
