It is a combination of deep tissue/ sports massage & relaxation. I’ve worked extensively with recreational and professional athletes, focusing on injury prevention & recovery. I also have a wealth of experience supporting the elderly. In addition to my massage practice, I hold credentials in lymphatic drainage and scar tissue therapy, and I’m a certified 200-hour yoga instructor. I currently offer mobile sessions in Denver Metro and I have a studio in Denver.
