I began doing massage therapy in 2019 at the New School for Massage in Chicago, IL. Since then, I have continued to study at the Zen Shiatsu Chicago school, and through the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professional education center. My training includes Swedish, Thai, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, zen shiatsu, myofascial release, Gua Sha, and sports massage. I love to be able to approach bodywork from various viewpoints and find what bits work best together for each client.

Before moving to Ventura, California and starting a mobile practice, I worked in physical therapy clinics, spas, and in a personal studio. I love to combine the best parts of each of those experiences into my mobile practice. Massage is very rewarding work to me. It feels great to be able to spend my time helping others, and I value my relationships with the people who let me work with them. Outside of massage therapy, I spend my time in my garden, playing drums with my band Floatie, rock climbing, and making things.
