At Vital Plexus, located at the Holistic Healing Center in Ventura, I offer specialized Therapeutic Massage and Therapeutic Mindfulness services. I work in a holistic way to support the reduction of chronic pain, high inflammation, and psychosomatic symptoms. With 10 years of study and practice in the discipline and art of meditation/ somatic work/ breath-work healing, and previous and current field work in mental health and psychological counseling, I have a deep understanding of stress, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation and its effects on the interconnectivity of the mind-body-soul. I specialize in Myofascial work, and I also provide Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy and additional services such as Fire Cupping and Aromatherapy.
