From growing up in the central California farm country and after spending 10 years living in the Trinity Alps Wilderness, I came to appreciate the profound link between nature and mankind. I have been studying holistic healing for over 20 years now, and that journey has led me here, to massage therapy. I know that we can help the body be healthy and free of pain with natural, non-invasive techniques that have been being used for thousands of years. The power of human touch is one of the most ancient and fundamental healing modalities. In January of 2024 I began my massage journey at National Holistic Institute in Redding, CA, where I completed my education, received CAMTC certification and really began my journey, along with you, to better health through massage.
