I am a devoted Certified Massage Therapist specializing in NMT Swedish, Deep Tissue, Chair Massage, Myofascial Therapy, and Neuromuscular Therapy (in advanced training). As a U.S. Navy veteran, I understand the unique physical and mental stresses that service members face, and I am passionate about supporting the well-being of fellow veterans through therapeutic massage. My goal is to provide personalized, effective bodywork that promotes relaxation, relieves tension, and enhances overall health.

As a graduate of the National Holistic Institute (NHI), I am committed to holistic healing and creating a welcoming, professional experience for every client. My background in customer service, leadership, and organization—combined with education in psychology and business management—allows me to deliver both technical expertise and a client-centered approach.
