I started my healing practices in 2012 with Reiki, a Japanese form of energy healing, working my way into aromatherapy and finding myself in massage. I graduated from a 900 hour program in 2017 and completed an additional 450 hour advanced program focused in neuromuscular therapy that fall. Through massage and integrative healing arts I am able to share the gratitude I have for others by making you feel better physically and emotionally. Allowing you to live a happier and healthier life. Each client has a different story and it is my focus to work with you to pin point what exactly you need for each session, with the wide range of training and modalities I have to offer, I create a custom session fit to each client per visit. Comfort, safety and client satisfaction is above all my first priority.
