I am a Ca State Certified Massage Therapist and have been in practice since 1989. I specialize in working with people in acute or chronic pain and restricted movement; from overuse, trauma, whiplash, work injuries, demands of sport, repetitive use or degenerative processes.  I respect and work with what you know about your body. I work with all ages and health care issues and bring a continued interest and investigative thought to each session.I see people post surgery–including orthopedic, oncology, cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries. I am specialty certified in oncology massage, sports massage and chiropractic assisting. I’ve developed a quick active release method and teach it as self care you can perform almost anywhere. I maintain a strong alliance with local allopathic and alternative practitioners of whom I can consult with and refer to, to help you meet your health care goals.I believe every person is unique in their need for care, tolerance for pressure, technique and movement.
