Cristy is a licensed manual-massage therapist with over 20 years of experience and over 2500 hours of education hours in the field of bodywork. Cristy's mission is to help people reclaim freedom in their bodies and lives by guiding them out of pain and disconnection, and into a deeper understanding of their own healing power. Through the art and science of Myofascial Release, holistic education, and compassionate care, Cristy supports individuals in becoming pain-free, self-aware, and empowered to take control of their health—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Cristy believes that true healing happens when we reconnect with the wisdom of the body, release what no longer serves us, and choose to move through life with clarity, strength, and freedom.
