Hello, my name is Daryn, and I am a Certified Massage Therapist (CAMTC) with a strong passion for helping people move, recover, and feel their best. I first graduated in 2010 with top honors in massage therapy. Over the years, I’ve continued to deepen my skills and education, blending hands-on techniques with knowledge from my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology – Sport Psychology & Leadership. This unique background allows me to approach each client with both a therapeutic and performance-focused perspective.I specialize in medical and therapeutic massage, working with clients who are managing chronic pain, recovering from injuries, or looking to improve mobility and performance. My practice is rooted in precision care, whether that means easing muscular tension, supporting postural alignment, or helping athletes and high-performing individuals recover faster and perform stronger. I also integrate tools like cupping, warm bamboo, hot stones, and stretching techniques to create customized sessions that fit each person’s needs.What sets my work apart is my belief that true wellness combines both the body and the mind.
