I am a Massage Therapist who is abmp certified and has completed the 500 hour Massage Therapy Certification Program at Chico Therapy Wellness Center. Along with basic Swedish techniques, I specialize in Myofascial Release, Sports/ Injury Massage and Ashiatsu. My sessions are customized to each clients needs and goals and can range from complete relaxation, to therapeutic or a combination of the two. Do you prefer deeper pressure? Try an Ashiatsu massage. I will you my bare feet and the weight of my body to apply deep, broad pressure and really "iron out" tight muscles. Please feel free to call or text me with any questions you may have!
