Hi. I'm glad you found me. I look forward to helping you with stress, chronic pain, injuries, and muscle tension. I also enjoy assisting people with low back pain, neck pain, TMJ disorder, headaches, carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet syndrome, frozen shoulder, and other chronic issues. My speciality is gradual deep tissue and myofascial work to help address the underlying causes and pain and discomfort. I've been practicing and teaching massage for over 20 years. I'm the lead instructor at Chico Massage School and really enjoy sharing my knowledge with new therapists. I have a strong background in sports massage, lymphatic, prenatal, and neuromuscular massage, and I also enjoy doing a relaxing Swedish massage if that's what you need. I'm dedicated to providing affordable massage to seniors. Clients aged 65 and above receive a 20% discount. In my free time, I love spending time playing with my two beautiful kids, hiking and swimming in nature, riding my bike, and dancing to live music every chance I get. I look forward to meeting you.
