Milena Goshorn

Milena is a Certified Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner. She is a 2015 graduate of the Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Escondido CA. Milena also completed a mentorship program with Ken Smith at The Body Architex in Anaheim CA. She worked at the 2015 San Diego Rock 'n' Roll Marathon , a multi-corporate charitable event and also had the opportunity to work at Vitality Massage and Wellness in Solana Beach, CA . Milena's sessions are a blend of Deep Tissue , Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy.
