About
https://tempobodywork.com - My journey to becoming a massage therapist began long before my formal training at Mckinnon Body Center Therapy in Oakland, California. It started with my own struggles in recovering from injuries, which opened my eyes to the power of different healing methods that work alongside the body's natural ability to heal, rejuvenate and restore balance. Exploring both Western and Eastern traditions, I realized that healing is closely tied to the mind and spirit. This profound realization sparked a passion in me not only to understand how these elements connect but also to channel that understanding into meaningful work. My experiences solidified my belief in the importance of comprehensive and personalized care. Treating a person requires addressing not only their physical aspects but also mental and spiritual well being. As the mind and hands behind the practice, I bring a thoughtful, intentional approach to every session. With a background in therapeutic massage and a passion for integrative bodywork, I blend science based techniques with intuitive care to help clients heal, recover, and reconnect with their bodies. My work is rooted in deep listening—both to what you share and what your body communicates—so that each session meets your unique needs. My goal is to support your journey with skill, presence, and compassion.I currently welcome massage therapy guests at two locations on Solano Avenue in Albany: Berkeley Acupuncture Project, a community acupuncture clinic located at 1229 Solano Avenue and my private office at 1402 Solano Avenue.
