Dawn Adams is a California State Certified Massage Therapist and member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals since 2010. She began her training at the California Holistic Institute of San Luis Obispo, but feels that she received her education working with a wide variety of clients seeking pain relief in a medical office. She employs a unique combination of techniques, including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Swedish Massage, intended to help you relax, reduce chronic tension, and speed recovery after an injury. After her own experience with neck pain, Dawn realized how much she could help improve the health and well being of those around her with massage and is excited to meet you and help you become a better you.
