I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with just over 10 years of experience helping clients manage pain, release tension, and fully relax in their bodies. My work blends therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy with the calming, restorative approach of Swedish massage. Each session is thoughtfully customized to support both physical relief and nervous system regulation, whether you’re dealing with chronic pain or stress.
