I am trained in a variety of modalities.  I have been certified as a Massage Therapist for 35 years and as a Registered Nurse for 27 years.  I generally use an eclectic approach to massage, focusing on client needs and reactions to therapy. My main areas of expertise are: Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Medical Massage, Deep Tissue Work, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Esalen-style Massage. I am a Vietnam Era Veteran and am currently working on certification for Massage for Veterans/PTSD.
