Do you remember what it feels like to be in a truly relaxed state?  For many people, that is a long lost feeling.  For any bodywork to be effective, whether it be Deep Tissue or Swedish massage, a state of relaxation must be achieved at the BEGINNING of the session. When the body is relaxed (or in parasympathetic mode), the muscles can release tension.  I specialize in relaxation, stress-relief and release of muscular tension.  I am committed to working with you for the healing that is in your highest good.
