Heather Selby

Heather is a skilled and passionate Licensed Massage Therapist (June 2014), Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist (March 2015) and Certified Medical Massage Practitioner (February 2024). In May 2022 she moved from Southern California to East Valley, Arizona with her wife and business partner, Veronica. Over the years she has worked in a variety of settings such as Chiropractor offices, Physical Therapy offices, and Spas. Now Heather and Veronica own and operate Selby Medical Massage LLC in Mesa, AZ together. Living with chronic migraines, tension headaches & light sensitivity is what initially brought Heather to consider working as a massage therapist. It allows her to work in dim lighting & a low stimulation environment. This is why when fluorescent lights are on, you will see her wearing tinted glasses to help filter the harsh light. Having personally struggled with being heard by the medical system, this has propelled her passion to provide a safe, non-judgmental space with the goal of improving the function & quality of life of her clients.Heather’s favorite area of the body to work is neck pain. Her favorite tools to use in her sessions are cups, CBD & aromatherapy.Heather is available for appointments 5 days a week. Wednesday through Sunday.
