About

I graduated in 2008 from Capps College massage therapy school, Mobile, AL, under the instruction of K. Laurendine. I am licensed in Alabama (#4309) and I specialize in Deep Tissue massage. In 2016 I became a Certified Massage Instructor at Alabama Healing Arts, teaching Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue and Sports Therapy.

Reiki Certifed since 2012, I went through an in-depth apprenticeship to become a Reiki Master at Alabama Healing Arts (AHA), LLC. Which I Graduated in March 2017. I have additionally completed the 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training program (In Nov 2015), also at AHA.

Believing that each individual has the ability to create health and wellness through natural modalities, I love to assist my clients in their journey of self-healing. I am always aspiring to be more and do more, taking the time to learn and to accommodate to my clients' needs.

I live by the beautiful and inspirational words of Mahatma Gandhi, "Be the Change that you wish to see in the world".
