I have experienced for myself the frustrations of chronic illness; and the remarkable recovery that can happen when diet, lifestyle, and motivation all come together.  Making long term change is possible, and I want to help others learn the skills and experience the transformation for themselves.  You don't have to wait for that "magic moment" of motivation to hit you out of the blue; those moments can be created, and when the change comes from within it LASTS.In my 20+ years as a registered nurse I have always been fascinated with people's stories.  Everyone is so different and has such a unique experience of the world; but health care often takes a cookie-cutter approach to addressing chronic illness. In becoming a health and wellness coach I intend to bring together my health care experience with coaching skills to help people implement what they already know they need to do - for their own reasons, and in a way that is realistic for their own unique life.I look forward to answering any questions you may have, and if you are interested in coaching I hope to get an opportunity to work with you.  Thank you for reading!
