I like to focus on simple things you can do to make healthy choices. Graduating from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in 2016, I am a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. I am also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, as certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the International Consortium for Health & Wellness Coaching. My health coaching services are available throughout the U.S.INTEGRATIVE PHYSICIAN: As an integrative/holistic and functional medicine physician, I can collaborate with you to consider options such as prescription medications, simple home measures, diet, lifestyle and dietary supplements. I have trained with Andrew Weil, MD, at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, University of Arizona, completing a two-year integrative medicine fellowship. I am also an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner and like to use an approach that focuses on prevention and finding the root cause. Additionally, I am the author of “Allergy Guide: Alternative & Conventional Solutions.”
